We went with a group from work for lunch. There were 8 of us. It took 15 minutes to even place our order. We ordered mostly the daily slices of pizza. The food took over an hour and the server never acknowledged it once. We used to come here for lunch frequently, but never again. All of us were late to get to our meetings. It could have been rectified if they made any attempt to acknowledge the situation. We even told them we were going to be late and there was not so much as an "I'm sorry".

I am a door dasher and this review is about the employees that completely ignore us and do not acknowledge us. Several times I’ve gone in to pick up an order and even though the staff has seen me standing at the counter they will not even acknowledge me standing there. We are there in Liu of their customer. A simple acknowledgment that someone will be with us shortly or letting us know that they will let the appropriate personnel know we are there is all that is needed. Tonight after waiting over 5 minutes and the same waitress walked past and clearly saw me standing there I finally went around to the side where the kitchen staff was to get someone’s attention. The same waitress was standing there and before I could say a single word she abruptly and with attitude snapped that they were working on the order and would bring it out when it was ready! I VERY CALMLY replied that I had been waiting over 5 minutes and no one had come over to acknowledge or ask whose order I was waiting on. And again with attitude snapped it’s not ready yet! Really incredible pizza! Both the regular and cauliflower crust were good. I always get the street corn pizza and the small size is perfect for lunch with leftovers. Atmosphere was quiet and they had the windows open during nice weather. Highly recommend.

Wow the pizza was phenomenal! The char-grilled wings and pork nachos were also great but my god the pizza was seriously out of this world. We had 2 large pizzas half and half so we were able to try 4 total. Alex was our server and did a great job. They are also kid-friendly. We'll definitely be going back!

I haven’t been here in years probably 7-8 and didn’t like it the first time. We came back tonight and it was some of the best customer service we have ever had at a restaurant. The mangers were friendly check-in and the servers were the nicest people I have ever had at a restaurant. The food was also delicious we ordered 5 different pizzas and all of them were delicious! We will be back
